Animal cruelty free makeup brands you should buy from.....

Hey...

To carry on the makeup theme from last week I have decided to create a blog about animal cruelty free makeup brands that you should buy from and what ones do use testing on animals. You don't have to worry about switching any of your favourite makeup brands for anything else as lots of high end makeup brands actually have cruelty free products, not all of them are so you may have to check online or in-store but shops like bare minerals have cruelty free and vegan products.

What are cruelty free products:

You have two different types of cruelty free.. the completely vegan or no animal testing. Both of them speak for themselves but in case you can't be bothered to work it out basically vegan products are where their products have no animal products or by-product (secondary product created in manufacturing) whereas the no animal testing is just where it can be confirmed that none test their ingredients or their finished product on animals using themselves or paying someone else to do it for them or that they sell in mainland china. Some brands may not test on animals but sells in mainland china.

How to tell which ones are cruelty free:

Most of the cruelty free makeup or skin care products have logos made by organisations that you can spot on packaging in the store or on the product description online. There are 3 main cruelty free organisations.....

CCF RABBIT.                                            LEAPING BUNNY.                CARING CONSUMER.
